Chinese New Year LA – Celebrating the Year of The Snake

The weekend long festival runs February 16 and 17 starting with the  Golden Dragon Parade.  The whole family can enjoy the spectacle and sounds of this parade through the center of Chinatown.

The Chinese New Year Festivalis full of culture, with exhibits and live performance, family activities and workshops for everyone.

114th Golden Dragon Parade: Sat, Feb 16th 1pm-3pm ONLY (commencing at Hill and Ord Streets and concluding at Broadway and Cesar Chavez). Grand Marshals are LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa and LAPD Chief Charlie Beck.
