My Bitter End, Float Face Down and Ark of the Covenant live at The Loft Poughkeepsie!

My Bitter End is a deathcore band hailing from Middletown, New York. They are known for their heavy breakdowns, “off time chord progressions, technical precision and melodic undertones.” They contain “elements of straight-up metal, more death-inspired stuff, classic rock, huge guitar-driven melodies and a great line in scorching technicality.”

Ark of The Covenant came out swinging in 2011 with that infamous Connecticut brand of driven hardcore.  They recorded their EP Separation at Silver Bullet Studio (Shai Hulud, Life in Your Way) and released it with Strike First Records.  The band’s debut EP garnered much praise and appeared on Best of 2011 lists.  Ark of the Covenant’s debut full length ‘Self Harvest’ released on Facedown Records in Spring 2013.
