Hard groovin’ saxophonist and flutist Carol Chaikin teams up with vocal/ keyboard sensation Sascha Dupont along with Chris Colangelo on bass and Peter Buck on drums for an evening of original jazz and standards with a modern twist at El Cid.
Carol Chaikin is a grammy nominated saxophonist and flutist with two CDs as a leader. She currently plays in the Johnny Mandel Orchestra and has performed at the Grammys with Alicia Keys, at the BET awards with Shiela E, The American Idol TV show, and was Music Director for Instrumental Women at the Anson Ford for several years.
Tapas Tuesdays are always free/no cover and we offer $5 Tapas Specials and $5 Sangria all night long. Doors are @ 7:30pm and show goes from 8:00-11:00pm.
