Baby Guinness recipe This Baby Guinness recipe makes a shot that looks just like everyone’s favorite Irish Stout, but it packs a coffee and Irish Creme flavor you just won’t find in a pint glass.  Chill your ingredients and layer it out in a 3 or 4 oz. shot glass.  It a great fit for our growing list of ultimate liquid deserts.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Coffee Liqueur, chilled
  • 1 oz Bailey’s Irish Liqueur, chilled

Method

  1. Fill a shot glass 2/3 full with coffee liqueur.
  2. Pour the Irish cream over the back of a spoon, down the inside of the glass. It should layer on top of the Kahlua and form the ‘head’ that makes it look like Guinness.
